Not a problem. Take them with a glass of milk. And think about what your going
to eat for the day because if your daily diet is going to consist of any vit. C
you might want to only take 500mg or 750mg of Vit. C beacuse if you over do it
with the C then your body will just disgard it all thus messing up your
whitening process

It says to take it with a meal because those directions are for a different purpose of the drug. If your trying to achieve a lighter complextion you'll listen to me and take it on an empty stomach. Like i said before, I'm the one with the results obviously I'm doing something right.

What were you using? I saw one website selling 500mg of Glutathione per
capsule you think that would work?

I've been taking Glutathione and Vit C with rose hips for a month now and I'm
seeing results!!! Mostly on my chest and arms and legs. My pigment is breaking
up and becoming white. I have white patches on my chest and their very
noticable! So i don't think i'll be taking my shirt off much this summer until
it evens itself. If you want to be honest i think why most aren't seeing
results is because your using other bleaching agents. I'm only using Rosance
X20 strong lightening oil on my face only! And the rest of my body i don't use
n e thing. I'm only getting results on the parts that I leave alone and pay no
attention to! Also you have to take L-Glutathione on a empty stomach like in
the morning for and then eat an hour after consuming the pills. This is because
the pill wont reach the bloodstream with all the food in the way and by the time
it does, its not strong enough! Also i take the pills with a glass of milk
because milk has depigmenting agents in it that also help aid the bleaching
process. Take it from me...because i have the results that all you guys are
waiting for! Don't give up! My brand that I'm using is from Vitamin World.

Well I am currently using Sea & Ski sunblock. It has a SPF of 50,
which is good. I have used Coppertone, which is just as good (SPF
40). I do think that most sunblock has something in them which make
the applicant appear darker for the time-being. But once the sunblock
is off you return back to your natural colour. I think I can deal
with being a bit tanner for a couple of hours rather than being
darker for the rest of my life.

Almost any sunblock is good, just make sure you have a high SPF..40
and above.
