Thanks so much for the information on glutathione! And, yes, it really does take a consistent and determined investment in time and money to make your skin look and feel great. Have you used Murad products for a long time? Are they herbal-based?

Hello...where you from(if you don't mind me asking)? I'm originally
from Manila. and 2years ago i decided to move in the USA...Anyway,
first, glutathione is not a prescription drug. if it's only available
everywhere anybody can buy it..it's so happened that it manufactures
in Japan...I know somebody that helped her whitens her skin by taking
glutathione.and believe me, you wouldn't believe the result...from
dark brown to white complexion...and it's also even...though, i know
it's not only glutathione that makes her so white. but that's her
number one in the list...and she's still taking it up to now as
maintenance..the only thing with glutathione is that, it makes you
gain a little weight...my derma told me that glutathione is almost
the same as hormones pills(i don't think there's something wrong with
hormone pills) or there's hormones in it that's why you gain weight
from taking it plus the fact that you have to take another Vitamins
which is Vit C...As if the result is permanent, i would say yes...and
you'll stay whatever shades you achieved as long as your taking
it...in my case, since i stopped taking it for awhile coz i got
pregnant, i didn't go back to my original color, though, i didn't
have the same complexion while i was taking it...but it's not bad at
all...maybe, because i'm not really exposed to sunlight and God knows
how i hate sunlight...One more thing, glutathione makes your skin
glow and rosy...but i don't depend on glutathione alone when it comes
to my facial treatment or face maintenance. i'm using Murad products
right now for my face. that's about it....though it really is
expensive....but if we want to look great we have to invest right?

Hi! I am in need of an education on this ingredient! This is so interesting to me. Is glutathione a prescription drug, or a prescription supplement of some kind? Is it supposed to alter the shade of the complexion permanently? Thanks for your post -- this is a great e-group!

i have not used herbal inn yet, but the people that
are raving about it are indian asian - and so am I, so
let's see. It's the only product that I've heard
consistently good things about, as opposed to any
other product including rosance X20. I am very
interested in using rosancex20 for the body though,
but some people say that all rosance products have hq
even if it's not listed - is there anyway anyone can
find out?

I asked Sahal directly if there was hq in herbalinn
products, because message boards have been stating
there is some hq in it. She said there is no hq in the
herbalinn fairness cream, and it has been confirmed by
the manufacturing of herbal inn!!! That's about as
close to the truth we're going to get

I just wrote to Salha for my tracking number, and I
also asked her if there is hq in herbal inn product -
if she doesn't answer that question(as she still has
not told me the ingredients or anyone else, when I
have asked a couple of times) - then her silence will
tell me there is hq in it.

did you use a good sunblock after stopping the herbal inn???
and as herbal inn has HQ in it, i really dunno if there will be any
damage from say...using it for 5 years running.
and i think all of us can safely say we want to MAINTAIN our lighter
skin shade...which means using the cream for the rest of our life.
i just dont wanna wake up a few years from now w/ splotchy brown
skin, its a real catch 22 situation

And i did not return to my original skin right away but after i got
lightened 4-5 shades i went back to 2-3 shades. that was after 2
months. I think it will depend on what type of skin u have and how
much exposure to sun.
